merry-ash provides online British Sign Language educational courses, including:

Enrolment and Payment
Course enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of enrolment if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. After the 14-day period or if substantial content has been accessed, refunds are provided at our discretion based on individual circumstances.
Course Access
Upon successful enrolment, you receive access to course materials for the duration specified in your course description, plus an additional 90-day extended access period. Access is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, text, graphics, and assessments, is owned by merry-ash or its licensors and protected by copyright law. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials
- Record, screenshot, or capture live sessions
- Share account access with others
- Use materials for commercial purposes

User Conduct

- Behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students
- Participate constructively in live sessions
- Not disrupt learning activities
- Not upload harmful or inappropriate content
- Comply with all applicable laws

Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued upon satisfying course requirements. Our certificates reflect participation and achievement within our programmes but may not constitute formal accreditation unless specifically stated. Representation of certificates must accurately reflect their nature.
